Dr. Rima Dhawale holds an impressive array of qualifications, making her a sought-after expert in her field. She completed her M.B.B.S. degree from the esteemed Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and went on to pursue further studies in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She successfully obtained a D.G.O. from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Bombay (CPS) and also became a Fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (F.C.P.S.) in OBGY. Her pursuit of excellence didn’t stop there; she went on to become a certified Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopy Specialist, honing her skills in advanced surgical techniques.
Throughout her career, Dr. Rima has gained extensive experience and expertise in various renowned medical institutions. She served as a Gynaecologist and Obstetrician at Wadia Hospital, where she showcased her proficiency in performing over a hundred individual caesarean sections and numerous major surgeries, including laparoscopic procedures. Working under renowned professionals, such as Dr. Purnima Satoskar, allowed her to gain valuable insights into high-risk Obstetrics and Fetal medicine.
Dr. Rima Dhawale’s dedication to her profession led her to work as an Assistant Doctor at Dr. Sadhana Desai’s Clinic, specializing in infertility management, and as a Clinical Associate at GUPTE Maternity and Child Care Hospital, further expanding her skills in patient care.
Her passion for laparoscopic surgeries and commitment to constant learning led her to complete a Laparoscopic Tubal Ligation course and become a Fellow in Laparoscopy at Emerald Endoscopic Centre. Additionally, she served as a Clinical Associate at Cloud 9 Mother and Child Care Hospital, where she excelled in handling high-risk Obstetric cases, including eclampsia and GDM.
Dr. Rima Dhawale’s commitment to academic excellence is evident from her outstanding achievements. She has consistently performed well throughout her student life and actively participated in various elocution competitions, earning recognition and awards.
Dr. Rima is associated with prestigious medical institutions, including Powai Hospital and Polyclinic, Hope Clinic, and Sant Gajanan Maharaj Hospital (self-owned). Her presence in these hospitals ensures that her patients have access to top-notch medical facilities and care.
